About Us

The concept of SUITED For Veterans was ‘born’ out of a dedicated memory and promise by the Executive Director, Maurice S.D. Reid to his mentor and Military Brother, LTJG T. Brandan McCombie who died at Sea during a training Combat Mission of the Iraq War on September 10, 2002.

Reid, a Disabled Navy Veteran of the same conflict formed this accredited Non-Profit. The organization with staff who are all Veterans or Veteran Family members, concentrates its impactful support services in the geographical areas of Mecklenburg and Union Counties of North Carolina.

Veterans and their families may currently call this area their home or may contemplate this thriving part of the State as a place to work, educate, socialize or retire….SUITED For Veterans welcomes all who have worn the uniform and their family members….we are ready to serve your needs as you have served the needs of our nation.
